Back to Macro

Macro from this Monday

Took the Nikon D300 with the R1C1 lighting System out for some macro shooting.

Using the 1/5 crop factor on the D300 with the Nikon 105mm
macro lens always produces great images. I set the D300's flash
to commander mode so I was able to control the the SB 200 flash units from my camera. Both on Channel 1. The left SB 200 was set up as group A while the right unit was group B. Now I could change the ratio between the flash units.
Added a Gitzo Monopod to help stead the camera
